I too needed a loud wake-up call from life ...


In 2015, I finally had my first burnout.
I say ‘finally’ because it was actually a long time coming. The signs on the inside and outside, in the body and in the psyche had been there for a long time - after years of stress and overwork as a translator, but also in the face of long-established harmful physical and mental behaviour patterns. The signs were small and inconspicuous at first, then they grew bigger and louder. But because I kept ignoring them, I finally needed a slap in the face from life - a burnout wake-up call. Then I finally realised that I couldn't go on living as I had before and that I had to change my life. But how? That was the question.

In an attempt to bring myself and my life back under control and to change it for the better, I stopped working and turned to conventional medicine. The result was disappointing and there were more minor burnouts in the years that followed. I then turned to alternative medicine and naturopathy (particularly in the areas of restoring a healthy gut flora, detoxification and micronutrients) and radically changed my diet. The result was much better, but it seemed to me more like a basic necessity and not enough for the profound and fundamental change that I needed in my life. So I ventured outside my comfort zone and - starting with yoga and meditation - tried different spiritual and energetic approaches. And finally, the first significant changes and improvements began to appear. In the meantime I had started working again - no longer as a translator, but as a German and English teacher - and step by step, I was feeling better. I knew I was on the right path. I was so enthusiastic that I completed several trainings myself and integrated various spiritual and energetic methods into my everyday life - in particular Quantum Intelligence, Qigong, kinesiology, acupuncture, EFT tapping according to Dawson Church, U-Sin, as well as other techniques according to Dr Joe Dispenza, Ruediger Dahlke, Gregg Braden and Bruce Lipton. But despite all these techniques, something was still wrong. I became more and more aware of more and more inadequacies and counterproductive effects of these methods. And even though I had been meditating with Dr Joe Dispenza for 2 hours a day for 3 years in order to manifest my dream life, the fundamental changes and lasting successes were still missing. 

But then came the game changer for me that changed everything: I got to know Mindflow.

I've always been a very slow reader. A clever person once explained it to me like this: "Because you go deep and not broad." And it's true: I've always tried to get to the bottom of things and I'm drawn to how it ‘really’ is and what ‘really’ works. And that's how I came to Mindflow and was able to experience the real, big, fundamental positive changes with lasting effects. These days, I only work with Mindflow - both on myself and with other people. As a Mindflow Expert I work with clients individually to resolve their issues, and as a Mindflow Trainer I give Mindflow Basic Seminars. As a Coach and Consultant, I assist others in resolving issues such as stress, burnout, interpersonal conflicts, fears, blocks, limiting beliefs, or lack of energy; and I also accompany them on their path towards expansion of consciousness, personal development as well as physical and mental health. In addition, as a future Health Psychologist (B. Sc.),
I am expanding my theoretical background knowledge in the areas of psychology, health and medicine.
